Description of what this person did, and how it shows our values: : Kelly went out of his way after our Richmond facility was closed to work with our customer (TMX via Bowron Environmental) to explore disposal options for HDD mud disposal while the client was concerned about highway closures. Kelly showed a great customer-first attitude and was willing to provide service despite it being after hours. Great job and big thanks, Kelly!
