Description of what this person did, and how it shows our values: : Over the last few months I have had a few instances where I received exceptional customer service from Alex. He truly goes out of his way to Help the Customer, and I appreciate how much he cares about customer service. He is always available, friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied and feel supported. Recently I went through a very weird IT issue, and Alex worked diligently to do everything in his power to ensure that this issue was resolved. He not only demonstrates the value of Helping the Customer, but also of Performing his Best. Grateful for Alex’s continued support!
