Description of what this person did, and how it shows our values: : Jamie & Jackie noticed a incoming load of landfill material was highly different than the submitted application & generated approval on file for the product the driver was trying to deliver. They stopped the truck, investigated and looped in the lead landfill operator immediately.
It was determined the product waste was not the same as that noted in the Waste Application form from the Generator. Generator was contacted and the waste stream could still be accepted with a revisal of the application and SDS submission. We could then ensure correct health & safety handling procedures could be followed by our employees offloading & disposing of the material.
