Description of what this person did, and how it shows our values: : Over the last few months Chelsea demonstrated the SECURE Value of ‘Perform Our Best’! The First Quarter is a always a busy time for the Environment & Regulatory Team, on top of day to day operations support the team to sees heightened regulatory inspections, deadlines for annual reports, and the execution of internal initiatives such as Facility Trending. This first quarter the team lost a key member and had to cover additional duties at one of the busiest time’s of the year. Through this busy period Chelsea not only maintained her core responsibilities she recognized a need to assist and helped out a team member by taking on the completion of internal initiatives. This provided relief for the team and demonstrates what it takes to be a great team member. Chelsea, thanks for putting up your hand and helping the team – great job!
