Description of what this person did, and how it shows our values: :In 2022 I was working with Mandy in an effort to update an existing section of the BI Dashboard. When Mandy came back to demonstrated the changes she made, she actually presented an entirely new dashboard that was creative, innovative and highly valuable compared to what we were using. Mandy’s approach was thinking of the data available, what may be useful for the end user, and how it could be displayed. Mandy also incorporated the graphics from the Every Drop Matters campaign, very helpful. Mandy’s development of this tool has provided the organization a one stop solution to provide visibility and transparency on opportunities for continuous improvement and accountability with respect to spill reduction. These areas include number of events, volumes released, product released, root cause, cost, and corrective actions taken. Mandy, thank you for taking the initiative to deliver a great tool and being a great team member!
