Description of what this person did, and how it shows our values: :Our injection lube pump motor had failed on site. Lance was able to help us out by checking stock in the Grande prairie office to see if we had anything available. Lance took the time to do this for us and was able to find the required parts we needed. Lance insured that area was cleared of snow and all safe work practices were followed by contractors and secure employees well they were there. Lance was a great team played and save us from having more down time on our injection which is a huge Finical impact to the plant and business.
